Beauty Thrill Before Valentine’s Day-Part II

February 7, 2010

Brazilian, better than chocolate this Valentine’s.

Few days ago, I’d my brazilian done at my usual place. Pink Parlour! Where else? Feelin racy & sexy right now, just in time for Vday although it clashes with CNY but that’s really besides the point. What I’m trying to say is, getting your brazilians done should be a usual ritual.

Unless you want your betty to look like an in-grown plantation, ditch the shavers already! Seriously, I don’t understand why girls shave instead of going for brazilians. The thought of nicking yourself is plain horrifying. I know it may be embarrassing to show off your betty so openly in front of a stranger, but trust me, it’s not as painful as you think it is. Plus, most people I know are brazilian converts once they’ve tried. It’s hard explaining why, but once you’ve been through your virgin brazilian, you’d be so happy with the results & not forgetting the soft skin you’d gladly spread your legs on your next visit. Something like childbirth (Haha, not that I’ve gone throught that). But these therapists have seen them all, don’t worry too much on the embarrassing factor alright (:

Love can wait. Brazilians can’t. Get racy & silky with Pink Parlour.

With a spanking shower facility (if you’re fine wiping your sweat & germs with wetwipes like other salons provide, go ahead, infections aren’t cool)  & using professional pre & post waxing products from Caron (Elite wax from Australia), Pink Parlour really is as good as it gets for a brazilian.

Want to treat yourself & your lover to a sexy surprise? Show off a shape! A money sign, lighting bolt, flower, star, bow tie, heart, peace sign or lips! Look how cute these charmcils are! Of course I can’t show which shape I did, but let your imagination run wild!

Alright alright, if you still can’t get over the pain factor, you can consider these in minimizing it:

  1. Type of wax- Should  you go for soft or hard wax? Hard wax adhers to only the coarse hair & not skin, like soft wax does. Hence, hard wax is less painful so it’ll leave your skin less irritated. At Pink Parlour, only hard wax is used, unlike some other salons which combines both soft & hard wax & charge you more!
  2. Your therapist- Which therapist to choose? The best waxers are fast, which means when they strip the hard wax off, you feel less discomfort. Oh yes, so far I love what Wendi, Naz, Sherlyn & Ouyang at Pink Parlour have done for me. Thank you ladies!
  3. Frequency of visits- The more frequent you go, the lesser pain you feel, as simple as that. I recommend monthly for starters.

Live your valentine fantasy now with Pink Parlour & get 20% off your Brazilian (U.P $49 hard wax only) ! 4 FREE Brazilians (instead of 3) when you sign up for 10 sessions .
