Some say it is buried under the mushrooms in the forests of El Dorado. Others say it is protected by an albino yeti in the caves of Shangri ‘la. Yet others whisper about its imprisonment in an ancient castle, guarded by an evil prince. About the only thing that anybody can agree on is their inability to describe it. Wiping off my invisible teardrop reading the sweet & bitter note, I finally understood what it’s like to have a part of me gone. The pistachio part of me stays irreplaceable for it was always a transporting experience with every bite of this artisanal gelato.
